Below is a set of ticket Agent regulations agreed upon by the North Atlantic Steam Traffic Conference which was comprised of the major North Atlantic steamship lines, including Allan, American, Anchor, Cunard, Guion, Inman, National, State, and White Star.   These rules aimed at ensuring fair, equal competition amongst the individual lines.
